Return rate by month
Customer returns ÷ shipped units in the same month, with blank returns counted as 0. Returns can relate to units shipped in an earlier month.
Top products
FGB's actual sales by product, following the brand, segment and measure selected at the top of this section. The products above the magenta line together make up 75% of the total. "Last 3 vs previous 3" compares the latest three months with the three before, to show which products are growing or fading (it needs six months of data, so it shows a dash for newer brands). "No shipments" marks products that sold earlier but shipped nothing in the latest month, which can mean a stock-out or a delisting. "DEMARKETED" marks products Amazon lists as demarketed.
